How do you drill them yourself? Drillpress or hand drill?

read my thread posted above and you can see how a silly goon drilled the first one by hand...
Yup took waaaay to long and I dulled three bits doing it...
Did the second one at work (where we have 4 drill presses, silly goon) took an hour to do and one bit
