Anyone ever get there bike AMCA Judged or a judge?
« on: September 03, 2009, 02:40:51 PM »
Here is the bike (attached below)

Do u think its a acceptable to enter in AMCA judging?

The bike is 99% original except for tires, chains, sprockets headlight and maybe some tiny OEM Honda rubber parts. The only thing I had to do  was paint the frame as it was a bit rusty you can't even tell that I painted it. I'm not sure which category I would/should enter my bike in. If I were to enter it in the restored  category I would fail missablely. Or should I enter in the unrestored category.

I have a rip in my seat that you might be able to see in the pic its covered with black duct tape (hard to too see in the pics) I do have a brand new Honda OEM seat but I'm not sure if I should add it as it would then maybe count as fully restored? Also the turn signals are from the earlier years 750s. I have the K5 ones only there pitted and not as good as shape as the rest of the bike. Do you think I would get docked more points with the original pitted ones or good shape wrong year ones? I don't expect to get a super amount of points but at the same time I always wanted to get my bike judged by someone who know's what there doing. (Not some drunk Harley f*cker)     Thoughts?
