Hi from London UK
« on: September 02, 2009, 02:53:51 PM »
Hey there!

Chris, 45 years old, been riding bikes since 17.

I've bought a 79 CB750 K7 (I think) off ebay:  http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220472655775&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT   picking it up tomorrow. Yep, it's a bit of a shed, not running but all there. I'm finding the forum absolutely fascinating; especially the project/cafe racer posts.

If anyone has racery bits in UK that they want to sell please get in touch.

Cheers!

Welcome. There's always room for another wrong left lane rider.  ;D
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.

Welcome from NY Chris. We have a lot of members from the UK. Bob is just being an Ugly American from the Midwest.  ;D
Now the Aussies and Kiwis are another story. You will have to sort them for yourself.

If you want to talk the Queen's English and spell stuff correctly (and ride on the right left side of the road), pop over to www.sohc.co.uk and talk to the UK boys.

Use the same username so that we recognise you.

PS: not bad for 300 quid!

If you want to practice the most spoken English dialect in the World, stay here. ;D There is no left or right lane on the information superhighway.
