Visit your local upholstery shop. Take and seatpan and have them carve the foam into somthing you like. Then have them cover it.

the first pic is of a bike done by kott in santa clarita (socal).  their bikes are not bad, their prices are on the high imho (but i am a DIY kinda guy).  currently they are the scourge of the local craigslist cicles.  evidently CL is not the best bet for a marketing plan.

So is the second one. Kott makes his own and does not sell them alone. Gonna have to make one yourself to look like that. The two guys who run Kott are good people, if they overcharge then they are keeping the value up for us  :)

steve "carpy" carpenter does nice seats too. not cheap but they are a top notch seat. http://www.cb750cafe.com/carpy.php  hell of a nice guy too. he's a member here too
