CB750K 'Lola'
« on: September 09, 2009, 02:57:11 PM »
Greetings all. Hoping to find some people in my area who enjoy turning wrenches and riding backroads as much as I do. I had a CB360 back in 93' that I built into a cafe long before I knew what one was. I had a blast on that bike- mostly becasue it had straight pipes and a tendancy to set off car alarms. I've wanted a 750 since then but only got one recently. I purchased a basket case last December- it should have been a parts bike. I named her Lola after the song, 'Whatever Lola Wants'. She needed a lot. I just got her running again after rebuilding almost everything including the engine- just synched the carbs last weekend. Still a lot to do but at least I can take her out for test runs! Anyway, I love to talk shop and compare favorite backroads.

Cheers,

Noel
