Found this as leftover after my '74 engine rebuild last year. Still haven't started it up so im sweating, and praying this is a spare. help?

What size of engine? Looks kind of like a kick start sprocket-experts will chime in though.

Look through a parts list or workshop manual... I think it could be your starter clutch??

Yes it is the electric starter gear/clutch.

750K4. I think starter gear/clutch would make sense. This can be accessed easily under the engine cover right?

Simple test if you still have your electric starter. It will just spin real fast.
