Anybody know a source for a rebuild kit? Also one for the the master cylinder.

Assuming your piston is fine, isnt the only thing to "rebuild" be the piston seal?  As for the MC, just get new guts and put them in how they came out.  All available through Honda.

Get the OEM parts from your local Honda dealer or get them online form the usual suspects, Bike Bandit, Babbittsonline, Service Honda, etc.  I use Babbitts and have no problems with them.  I would avoid the cheaper Ebay generic stuff.  You don't save all that much
