cb350 wont shift

Got the motor running good, but now the transmission seems to be stuck in neutral and wont budge.  Any tips?

Shifting linkage/drum, where the thingy on the end of the shifting rod rotates the drum via the other thingy.  CB350F?  If so, this would be under the clutch.
