tons of threads on the subject, you will have more luck searching for "550 big bore"

how big do you want your big bore anyway?

605 kit on EBay right now. Doesn't have the head gasket.

I am looking for a 606 cc kit and I looked at the one ebay but without the head gasket scared to buy due to that afraid i wouldn't find one...  Is it true that you can use the 550 kit without the sleeves?

Cometic makes head gaskets. Minor issue considering the scarcity of the 605 kits. Apparently you can use 550 cylinders and bore them but not 500.
