front fender cut down?

ive seen 750's that guys shorten so they dont use the stock bracing anymore. any advice on how to cut mine down?? pics??

I used the reciprocating saw to rough cut it, then I will be using a die grinder with a cutoff wheel to shape it

cut the fender with a 4 1/2" angle grinder with a metal cut off wheels.  Cut it the first time just back to the edge of the curve on each side (about 3" total).  then place that piece on the fender and trace the stock end curves with a magic marker and cut it again with the cut off wheel to the desired length.
