Found this on CL this winter, put together but not running and missing pipes. Painted but the wrong color. With the help of a buddy we took it apart, got it running & painted. All done.

I really appreciate the feedback. I've wanted one of these since I was a kid, and it is a blast to ride. Feel free to post pics on here of other SL's if you have 'em.

I learned to ride on a SL70 way back when i was 8 years old and loved then since.
I bought a 1970 SL350 in or around 2005 and I loved it . I road it to work and back mostly.
My wife and friends kept making fun of me on it and said i was to big for it.
So I sold it and bought a 99 Yamaha roadstar 1600 so i can take my wife for rides.
Boy do I miss that bike .
Last summer I bought a 77 CB750F for myself.
But now the wife rides both the bikes. Wahoooo.  :o
I'll get another SL350 on of these days.

      I've saved quite a few shots of a restored SL350K0 that was listed on ebay last year and am hoping to use them as reference when I start working on MY SL, but I didn't figure that you meant those type of shots (various shots of different areas of the bike, with some full shots also. :)

I wish I would have known too. I paid up big time for some of that stuff. Especially since it was a KO. Hows your 750 coming?

       I've got one of those myself, but it is on pieces because the previous owner was going to restore it AND tore it completely down. Now, by the time I got it, it's not all there. ::) Someday, I'll get to it and I expect it'll never have actual side covers (they are a major thing missing)
