do you just need some stock bolts??? If so, which ones?? I have some in the junk box and maybe other guys do that you are welcome to. Meanwhile I will put the thread gauge on them and see what the pitch is.

Looking at it (opinion needed..) if you had a drill press is there any reason you couldn't take a graded shoulder bolt (10 mm), drill a hole lengthways and then one radially into it?? There is nothing else noteworthy about them that I can see.
The thing you put the link to could be used to get you into the caliper instead of the Honda "pipe" which I recall is very expensive if bought new. But the pitch is wrong I think. I took the 10x 1.25 bolt I have and it screwed into a spare 1975 750 caliper I have. So I am guessing that with the correct pitch adapter and a hose you could hook directly to your caliper (would your hose be long enough??)
The only thing in the way of "good practice" to observe is using fresh sealing washers at any new joint.
