Sometimes the best fishing spot may not be where the fish are.

On my recent trip to Montana to visit my best friend we spent a day trout fishing in the Clarks Fork Canyon.  My wife came along but was going to stay about a mile inside the entrance to the canyon where the road ends with a good book as the best fishing spot was 2 1/2 miles in on a very rough trail.  As we were unloading the 4 wheeler a car pulled up and out popped a pair of pretty 20-something girls with fishing rods.  Russ and I ogled them discreetly, or so we thought, as they walked down to the river near the end of the road.  Since the fishing is better upriver we bounced and jostled our way for 40 minutes to some nice holes and did have great fishing in a spectacular setting.  When we returned my wife laughed and said, "to bad you didn't stay here.  Those two girls you were ogling spent the afternoon fishing topless."  :D
