Greetings from NoHo
« on: September 17, 2009, 12:44:34 AM »
Hiya. Been lurking up here for a couple months. Currently own two CB750's... a '73 and '74. The '73 turned out to need a little more love than I was prepared to give (apt.+carport  :-\ ), so I just lucked out and got a really clean '74. Needs some minor attention, but for the most part, an amazing unrestored survivor. Let's see if I can figure out how to post some pics!

Prior to getting the K4, I had a tank, side covers and headlight bucket painted candy gold; had the painter do a black inset on the tank too, so all that will be going on the K4 along with slighter lower and narrower bars... I think they call 'em "superbike" bars. All I know is that the stock bars on the K4 are driving me batty.

Sorry I never saw this post (like a dope, I just discovered the "show new replies to your posts" button!).

The answer is, yes, the pipes are in excellent condition (big reason I bought the bike). It's missing one of the end "diffusers", but they seem to be pretty easy to come by, so I'll replace that soon.

Cheers,

Mitchell
