Sorry for the sad subject, but just watching some real heroes on TV, and Jesus Christ, they are such heroes, it's unbelievable

Both injured British soldiers in Afghan, one a triple amputee and one a blind double amputee.
They are facing such a different life from their injuries that it doesn't bare thinking about.
I have just had a shoulder op, and had the end of my shoulder removed, and other bones shaved, and thought i was in some pain to do press ups etc,(reqd as i am still serving) but now i feel such a fanny after watching these guys.
They have inspired me to sort my #$%* out and try and raise some Help For Heroes cash for them, with something extreme??? Any Ideas guys?

? I have done several races inc Marathon Des Sables, Yukon Arctic Ultra and the Iditasport. Does anyone have any idea what i'm talking about???
If you ever get a chance to watch, the programme is called "Wounded"
Kindest Regards
