K7 /F1 clutch on earlier bike

I have just got hold of two complete CB750 clutches which look in good condition. One was from a K7 engine and one from an F1 but they look similar. The K7 one has  special double plate in it though rivetted together. Will any parts fit my K0? I have all of the gearbox parts from this engine too (F1 I believe, as the engine started number startted with 25).
