Who wants to rely on squids to get to the battle?

It's a wee bit smaller, but this is the mystery stealth boat the military had built here on the Columbia River.  It's rumored to reflect radar.  In my opinion, it doesn't get up on a plane for #$%*... they did spend some $5 million building it.  With that kinda change, I want my stealth (jet) boat up on a plane in less than 10 seconds.

Regarding the very bottom video.  I'm a big fan of the phrase, "ready to deliver cohesive ready to fight fighting units."

 ;D ;D Cohesive, very cohesive.

The problem with a high speed cat is that 40 knots in any sea state greater than a 3 foot wave (ie frequently normal conditions off shore), you feel like you're in a washing machine.  Every piece of equipment needs to be secured to the deck and anyone who gets even a wee bit seasick will be throwing up...

Notice that in all of the shots of the boat at speed are on water "smooth as a mill pond."
