hahah not yet...jut got back from the honeymoon...im gonna try and switch out the coils this week and put a stock set on that i got off chris...i think the coils that are on now are still drawing too much power and shorting out. the points are all fine...cleaned and all that fun stuff so thats my next step...hopefully thatll do the trick.

just an update...i think ive finally gotten all the kinks worked out. she starts up on first or second kick. i wrapped the exhaust last weekend and out it on this past monday. i took some updated pics but my computer is being fixed but i shall have it back hopefully by the end of tonight and ill upload the most recent pics from less than a week ago. im heading out to rice-o-rama (www.rice-o-rama.com) with some buddys sunday which is about a 180 miles round trip for me. it will be the longest ride on the green machine since the rebuild. hopefully i dont end up on the side of the road too too much haha. ill updaet later tonight or tomorrow with newer pics.

Not trying to nitpick but maybe it'll keep you from having to run that crushed pod - I don't think your neg. battery cable is supposed to be running outside the frame.

the pod is crushed cuz im a moron and bought the wrong sized pods and im too damn broke to buy new ones. pretty sure i dont care where the neg cable is supposed to go or whatever as long as it does its job which it has been doing perfectly fine. if you havent noticed im not a guy who is big on making my bike perfect and how it came from the factory. i do my own thing with what i have and like it no matter what others think.

oh but thanks for the wise words  ;)

Looks pretty sweet.  How many feet of header wrap did you need, and did you spray them after?  I'm doing mine black.

Thanks,
Gregg

Jason told me once that bobber has no turn signals and it's an 07. Jason runs without signals too but he's legal on a 71 here in MA.

Ah that would explain it. Her is WI.. they are not required at all, however if you don't have them you have to use hand signals, if you don't give clear signals they will pull you over. Funny here they don't pull the HD's over for not having a muffler, however I have heard from my brother and friends that they were pulled over because the sport bike they had did not have mufflers. They don't ticket, however its still a pain.

the cop pulled us over because kevin has a vertically mounted plate thats at a real angle and you cant really see it and that was his reasoning. he actually was wicked cool and didnt really bother us at all other than running our plates. that was my first run in with the cops on my bike and he didnt even pull ME over, but kevin. i guess kevin gets it all the time haha.
