Front Mudgaurd license plate frame

I have a 72 cb500/4 K2 imported from UK. It has the front mudguard with two sets of double holes for a front number plate. I need help finding the correct plate holder. The ones sold on some of the websites appear to be made to fit a mudguard with 2 single holes. This does not appear to be what came with these bikes. I would like help tracking down the original part. Any of you UK riders know where one is?  Thanks,Chris

Does part no: 7 in the diagram look like the one you need to match the holes in your fender?

If so, the Honda part number is: 61131-283-600B

Sorry, I don't know off hand where you could get one.  :(
