Bike Nights Update with Pics
« on: September 28, 2009, 02:37:28 PM »
We have been doing a Vintage Bike Night at a local Steak & Shake in town. Been growing as the word gets out. We might even change the location next spring. Been a lot of fun and most ride in unless the law prevents it (no plates) or it's multiple bikes by one individual. Here is a link to the last local update.

There are some great looking bikes there! In Orlando, we have a meet every Thursday night....also at one of the Steak and Shakes. This one is the only one left with the overhead canopy that dates back to their "curb service" days. With the rain we get here in the summer, it comes in very handy.  ;D

When the weather is good we usually have 50-60 bikes of all types. The few sport bikes that show up tend to be ridden by people with lots of gray hair as the younger crowd has moved on to another place. The local law enforcement here took a dim view of the synchronized wheelees on the six lane street in front of the place. A fun time for all!  :)
