The NT700 is billed as a sports tourer. He may have been mistaken about the 1200 cc. Where is the confusion?  ::)

It is said that this is the Blackbird (CBR1100XX) replacement, followed by a Pan European (ST1300) replacement and a VFR 800 replacement - all using the V-Four 1200.

I ride a CB750. I ride two in fact. Ive been riding for 19 yrs. I have rebuilt both bikes....at least I didnt outsource most of it it  ;) You would think I would know something by now....

....if you are going to come on here with immature comments because I simply suggested a link (that turned out to be incorrect) then youd better back it up....Im listening... ::)

Now you're confusing me even more. Holding a grudge about what? How you reply to just about every thread I've read on here and the content is crap? Ok .. you got me, you've figured me out.

Congrats. Ever notice how you're spewing some kind of SOHC resume to show self importance? pssst ... I'm thinking just about EVERYONE here rides a CB. I could be wrong. You ride both bikes!?!? At the same time? You're amazing and I love your "cafe" bike. Exactly what did you do to "cafe" it? Changed the seat and handlebars all by yourself? Wow, a real "cafe". BTW Andy, I was probably riding the year you were born. That makes me better than you, right?

Yes, I came on here poking fun at you. It was meant tongue/cheek - but apparently you're holding a grudge?!? Did I make fun of your ridiculous suggestions once before that showcased how you try to be the first one to click the reply button - no matter the content of the reply? You are absolutely full of BS at times - yet think of yourself as a guru to the SOHC community. I find it hilarious.

Ok tell me how you really feel  ;)....I had no idea I inspired such hate. Are you always this way?

Lets get a few things straight....I dont consider myself to be any kind of SOHC guru. I dont even practice yoga! Far from it. I come on here to enjoy the community and to share with my fellow bikers the passion we have for SOHC bikes and 2-wheel transport in general. I am sorry you think that all my posts are crap (perhaps giving some examples would have been educational) but at least some others seem to appreciate them.

Congrats. Ever notice how you're spewing some kind of SOHC resume to show self importance?

Ah does this make you jealous? I dont think of myself as anythings special. There are plenty of better riders out there than me who have done many more adventurous things on a motorcycle. Just look at the ADV rider forum. When the situation calls for it Ill mention what i and others have done on an SOHC bike -some seem to find it interesting....isnt that what we are here for? You seem to have issues with that.....What have you done apart from ride down to the local pub or around town? Please, educate me.....

You're amazing and I love your "cafe" bike. Exactly what did you do to "cafe" it? Changed the seat and handlebars all by yourself? Wow, a real "cafe".

Thanks I know Im amazing  ;D. And I do love my cafe bike - you should see how it rides - 350 mile days with no problem. Does yours do that? The one you outsourced to have built - spending a sh$t load of money and sticking a Benjies tank on it dosent make it any more of a cafe racer than mine. Dont get all snobby on me sunshine and talk about what makes a "real" cafe bike as you clearly dont have a clue. Your statement shows your ignorance. Ill call my bikes whatever I want  since I am the one riding it ;)

BTW Andy, I was probably riding the year you were born. That makes me better than you, right?

If you say so  ::)

cheers
Andy

Andy, all you know about me is what you've learned thru this forum - and unlike you, I dont post much here do I? I also dont see the need for me to prove myself to you. You reply with off the cuff crap at times. It's common. I find it funny and it's part of the forum that brings me back to it. You know, the whole woven fabric of the community kind of stuff? BTW, I've been all over the world - ridden bikes there too. Posting these accomplishments in an effort to prove you are beneath me - as you're trying to do -  is ... um ... beneath me.

psssst ... your bike does not met the common definition of a cafe, but I'm glad you're excited about it and that why we're here. And yes, it seems I do have a "sh$tload" more money than you as I have a garage full of bikes and cars. I outsourced things on the 76' F that I couldnt do or dont have the time/patience to do: Painting and Electrical. At least it looks dayum nice and stops people in the their tracks ... and go back read more about me Andy: I do 300+ miles on mine in a day, thru some of the best roads in the Southeast, at WFO. Come down and ride with me on your "cafe". Note: you're still trying to elevate yourself above me as better (I own two bikes, I ride further, My bike is better, I do this, I do that, what do you do that compares, blah blah blah). Nice.

BTW Andy, I was probably riding the year you were born. That makes me better than you, right?

Andy

No Andy, you say so ... we're using your logic here. Spouting out how long you've been riding in an effort to show how better you are than me - that's your logic.
