I don't know if Hondaline had hard bags, but I've seen Bates hard bags on CB's.

I have a k2 that was a window display model at a motorcycle accessory shop. It has hard saddlebags and a hard trunk. There are no identifing marks on them. It even has floorboard with heal/toe shifter.
