1980 cb750 tank and seat fit a 1980 cb650. my tanks is dented bad and I kina like the look to go forward on a cafe project....will it match up easy or will i need to modify alot.....or wont it work at all..any help or insight will be highly appreciated. I think it will but not sure...I just added pics I wanted to know if anybody knows how much I should pay or they would be worth... i need a new tank bad. THis is the seat and tank.

bringing this back from death...  just wondering if anyone knows the answer to this.  I'm picking up a 81' CB650 and it has the 650C tank.  I'm looking to convert it to cafe as well.  Anyone know if the CB750 tanks fit?  Anyone know where I can get a seat/tank cafe combo for cb650?

Maybe post pics of the bottom of the seat and pan, so peeps can see how the mounts look.  Give some measurements between mounting points too.

I assume you mean a Custom (c).  Depending on the year the cusom tank will fit.  if its a 81 like the bike no prob. Only diff is in 81 the cusom was 2tone paint.  A 80 and the bung petcok is diff but it can be used.  Was no 82 custom as that was the nitehawks intro.  Dont know if it will bork or not as the styling changed.
