All good ideas, tapping the hoses and lines did help move the air back to the master cylinder.

You sure are correct. I find if I leave it all alone until the next morning, I always get a few bubbles more to come out!

I saw a picture of the Yoshimura shop, they had a brake system assembled on a jig with the lever pulled back with rubber bands. There's something to that also.

Here's a pic of the K0 1971 titled bike. It's proudly wearing the ultra-rare and awesome sounding, free flowing exotic Italian exhaust system. It's actually the second cb750 that I ever owned.

I have my keeper bike on the lift, I'm going to swap the cam to a smaller one that's suited to the low compression ratio of the Cruisin image 836 kit. Or I could add the Wiseco 10.25-1's
I'm thinking the future home of my 997cc engine either goes here in the Diecast, or it goes into the Rat Race. Decisions, decisions. The cylinders and pistons go out for plating soon. Hopefully Millennium is rebuilt and ready to rock.

The over night bleed method works well. Less chance of spilling too.

I rode the Blue-Green Diecast with the advanced 5* F2 cam. The butt dyno and the       fun-o-meter agree that it pulls hard down low, maybe better than the KH/F road race cam.
The front brake sucks big time. I think it might need the new hoses I bought for it rather than the used ones that I put on it. It's less a disc brake and more of a slow down suggestion device.
I read back to see what I did to it last fall, it seems that it got used hoses and pads from the Rat Race. They aren't getting it done, it has that "wooden" feeling.
There should be new replacement hoses and maybe some organic pads in the blue tote inventory.
