JCWhitney carries 'em.  Also, if you happen to pick up the right catalog, they give the physical dimensions of the batteries, which side the (+) and (-) are on, and even where the vent tube is.  You'd surely be able to find a suitable battery will all that info.

Geez Bill, if we only lived next door. I've got one sitting here that I bought brand new for my son's Montesa, the bike is long gone, but the battery remains, and still looks like new. Oh well, you probably wouldn't want me for a neighbor....................  ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Got one for my S90 at Tractor Supply. $9.95 plus $8.00 core if you don't have an old battery.

Bill,

I get 6 volt batteries from an electrical supply house--
They are sealed and last a long time.
"Power Sonic"  brand--cheap too--several different sizes--they have a website.
Used for powering up emergency exit lights.
On the Indian I put 2 of em together in parallel.

Got me a battery coming from powerstridebattery.com

This is who I dealt with. The guy replied pretty quickly to my ever question and need.
Some of his messages came at around 9PM. He has always been courteous, informative and helpful. If anyone needs a battery, do me a favor and give him a shot. He's got a healthy reputation, in MY book!
