carburettor indentification

hi can anyone tell me what the two hoses from my carburettor off my  75 cb400f  are? i know the one on the left goes to my fuel tank, but the others? ok thanks a million in advance

carb float bowl vents.  the ends should be exposed to the atmosphere, usually just ahead of the rear wheel.

thank you so much . now there should also be 4 hoses at the base of the carbs correct?

Yes. Those are overflow tubes.  Cach carb bowl has a stand pipe inside.  If the fuel level gets too high, it come out these tubes.  Better it goes to the ground than washes the bike.
