strange fuel leak problem on my k8
« on: October 05, 2009, 05:00:03 AM »
It's leaking from all 4 of the low speed adjustment screws on the bottoms of the carbs??? Bike runs fine, starts good, just drips from those screws. Floats seem to be set fine, at least the last time I checked just a few months ago.

I'm thinking the o rings on those needles might be either missing or just old, dry, and or cracked and possibly fuel is leaking past them. But they should be above the fuel level in the float boal. I just can't figure out why. And from all 4 at once.

Anyone have luck sourcing o rings for those without buying $100 worth of kits??
