ah questions from a neophyte;

did you brace the swing arm your self, and how did you determine how it should be done?

why 750 fork tubes? and was it a hugely involved swap?

i'm not familiar with those fork dampeners, are they essentially the emulsifiers i hear tell of?

more info/pix of your intake manifolding?

are those brake pads race only or can they function in road service- heat range, etc...?

doesn't that harley rear fender reduce hp just a wee bit?  ;D

it's refreshing to see a race bike that's not a 750 (or 400) for a change. great bikes and race pix, thanks!

Ecosse,thanks,but you no neophyte,not in my book,swingarm bracing is chrome moly tubing,my buddy welded it as per my specs,welded it with wheel installed,mainly triangular bracing,saw one similar @ Road Atlanta in '84.Used the 750 thinking they would handle better,never ran the stock 500 f/end,had the dampeners S&W from 836cc street ride,liked the 500 pre load,just a hassle to adjust,also they were chrome all the way,Honda calls the dampeners a lower pipe!Intake manifolds came with head;CR's I would imagine,I used 69 4-1 cable carbs.Brake pads were race pads,don't remember the letter designation now (too many years)I blame the rear H/D fender for all oil leaks!! Thanks for your comments,always enjoy them.1 Dobie and 3 cats,Bill
