In the middle of trying to rebuild my master cylinder on my '76 400f, but the damn piston is completely seized. I've soaked it with pb blaster, and tried to pry it out to the extent that the lip around it is now gone, and I don't have anything to grip on. Any thoughts on how to proceed from here with either removing it or swapping one on from another model? What else would work? I'd like to keep it looking stock, but if something from another sohc will work, I'm down.

A master cylinder from any 70's Honda four cylinder bike or any 70's model with a disk brake for that matter would be a perfect swap.  Even a first generation Goldwing master cylinder would work, it's just a little taller.

The master cylinders from:
350
550
360
450
and 500 are the same thing.
