If you were to cause the driver to hit another vehicle, you can be hit with all types of charges. Reckless endangerment comes to mind. I am not saying I do not agree with you all, I have just witnessed to many odd things happen.

Not to mention having to live the rest of your life knowing you killed or seriously injured someone who had nothing at all to do with the situation you were involved in. 

What if that was your wife and children in the car a few car lengths behind the tailgater?  Would you still consider doing any of these things?
