Topic: english mailmen attacked by cougars?

looking at David Silver Spares site for parts, saw this warning across the top of the page:

"Wild cat strikes are affecting royal mail deliveries. expect delays on small orders"

I thought- wow I didn't know there were cougars in England. and they're killing mailmen?

Funny. 

I had a different thought when I read the thread title.  "Cougar" is a word for an older woman that dates younger men (don't know where it came from though...).  I pictured older women seducing the mailmen.

I hate to disillusion you all but wildcat in this case refers to unautorized strikes by union members.
