gl1000 front end. 37mm. I've been on the net, just not forums and not that much. hadn't found anything this cool before. 8)

If you page forward on the Clipons page on Fast From the Past, there are 37mm clip ons in every category...i'm odering the high rise ones now for my GL1000 front end.

Also trying these: http://www.fastfromthepast.com/servlet/the-110/Rearsets--Fixed-Rubber/Detail

Okay, now that I (in theory) know how to remove the ears, the next step is:  advantages of low, standard or high rise clipons?  Assuming that I'm putting rearsets on the bike (CB650C) and I'm 6ft tall, which should I go for?

I'm 6 feet tall as well and I like the clipons that put your hands below the upper tree. the ones I posted would suit me perfectly.

you could put them up or down, and they're teh secks.
everything I say is pure speculation and

the clubmans I have on now are in the position I like , but they tilt down too much and it hurts my wrists on long rides.

I have a set of eurobars, but they're set too wide for my taste.

ah ha. good call. I missed that. was wondering why they would stop at 36? I think I like the lo rise. I'm only 5'7" but I have long monkey arms. I actually really like the rearsets as well. might have to buy them both. I'd like to see those on a cb750 to see where they attach. I don't want them too high. just back a bit.

just found the clamps seperate.  at the same site. so someone could use drag bars cut in half, not have to pay for extra stuff you won't use.

http://www.fastfromthepast.com/servlet/the-Clip-dsh-ons-cln-Parts/Categories

edit: actually it's the support arm only, not the clamp itself, still have to buy the whole thing. :( but if you have clips and want to make them hi or lo rise these would work.

*drooooooooooooooooooooooooooool*

I googled "hellboy clip ons" and came up short, please tell me where I can get those.

Since rear sets have been brought up, would these work on a 78f? F1 had rear disc as well right?

Okay, this is not meant with any doubt, scorn or disbelief - merely lack of education:

What is it about those Hellboy clipons that make them so dope, secks and drool-worthy?  (I guess, what sets them apart from any others on the market?  They all still kinda look the same to me.)

Yes, I'm an uncultured simpleton.  I admit it.

I just like the angles of the bar and the gold clamps. most of the ones I've seen are just the straight bar going into a silver clamp.

they're tommaselli clipons, hell boy is just the seller on ebay

the fact that they have drilled clamps and the bolt that holds the bar in place is also the clamp, and the bars come out then they're welded on at a cool angle.... umm they're bad ass.

i vote for clip-ons over clubmans. They do make for more of a reach, but I'm blessed with long gibbon like arms.

I agree I'm 6 foot and after riding a cb750 with clipons for a min I liked them more then my clubmans.  The reash was long but it felt a lot better.  And after riding the 750 with clipons and going back to my bike with clubmans it just wasn't the same.
Keep it shinny side up.

What is Anglefire exactly? I heard this Anglefire once but I am not familiar to it . Can you add more details or ideas about this Anglefire.?

You would have to lose the stock headlight ears.
   This pretty much sums it up.   76' CB592 cafe. 69 750 project, 03 CBR954, 75 750 super sport.
