Front Wheel Bearing tool
« on: October 12, 2009, 02:26:11 PM »
My husband is a tool geek.
Got to have the right tool for the job.

He made this to remove the seal nut/bearing on my CB550.

If you live near Charlotte, feel free to borrow it....

Maybe I posted this in the wrong section?
I just thought that it was an elegant solution to removing the bearing nut.
And yes, of course it was made with a lathe and mill.

It's a nice tool for sure.  Get your hubby to post up some info on how he built it, and then this will be a "Trick & Tip" :)

BTW you are a husbands dream, he can gift you with tools!  What guy wouldn't want a wife like that?  ;)

So there's a Tip for you guys, marry a woman you can ride with, wrench with, and make tools for :)
