Carb needles and needle jet question
« on: October 20, 2009, 03:23:35 PM »
Hello All,

I have been doing a Website check of part numbers and got lost..

Are the needles K1 to K5 the same? Motogrid list part no 16151-300-004 as the needle for both K1 and K2, but then list 16012-300-014 for K3 to K5, and this covers needle and needle jet as a pack.

Backwards entry of 16012-300-014 lists neede and needle jet for K1 through K5. Suggests that the needles are the same and Honda started selling as a pack at K3 an removed the option of buying just the needle. I have asked Dave Silver if he can supply needles for a K1 and they came back with the 16012-300-014 part number.

Want to be sure before i part with my 20 UK Pounds (approx $30) a set

Cheers

Seamus
