Kevin;
Do you have a link as to where I can buy some of the accessories you have on your engine?

This Kevin's site with all the 400 stuff for sale.
http://www.400fourstore.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=SFNT&Store_Code=4

So, are these two the same person or work together?  TTR400 and Kevin  Or did he just change his site tag?

Tough, tough choice this month, but I kept gravitating toward jreich's kick-ass bobber.

That bike of Hellfish is got to be one of my favorite ever w/ the comstars.  Red really suits that bike

This gets harder every month

Nice work gentlemen.

Ok, y'all.  Let's pump up those rides with pics and stories.  Catch all those votes from members that have missed the thread this month and those that may still be undecided.

Besides, we all like a good story and lots of pics (even if they are repeats from the nomination thread).  Oh yea, BOTY is just around the corner.

TTR is South African Kevin.
Kevin & Purple Haze pictured here is TTR's US distributor.
They coincidently are both named Kevin.
US Kevin has the 400fourstore which is TTR's stuff mostly.

They both have some of the best parts and sources for the 400F and other sohc's.

US Kevin helped source many good parts for my CR550.
Thanks Kevin!

Hellfish, i was just curious, did you fab that seat yourself or was it purchased? very cool looking whatever it is.

Congrats jreich on the win!  Next time I have a root beer, I will tip my glass to ya.

Still can't figure out why kramers bike pulled such few votes two months in a row.  You have a really kewl bike,  I really like it.

Kevin, you have some really trick stuff on that bike.  But, yuo already  know that.

HellFishTat, wonder why you didn't pick up some more votes.  If I run across one of those bikes for me,  I might just have to copy some of that look.

Bellcow54, not much I can tell you that you don't already know.  Nice ride!

Noticed there are a few stragglers at the end of the month.  There were 15 more votes cast since my last bump.

I think it is time for me to take a break.  I believe Steve has it next month with BOTY - Gonna be interesting.  Don't forget to update the BOTM page on the SOHC4.net main page.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

Wow, I must say that I am a bit surprised! Like I said before, the company I shared this month was quite stellar to say the least. I am quite stoked to see that at least a small majority digs by bike!
I put in countless of hours of direct work and for the better part of each day I am consumed with brainstorming various artistic approaches, considering mechanical problems/solutions and thinking about bikes as a whole. So much so that I had to start a new 750 project before this 500 was even completed!

Thanks again...very nice to have your work validated in this manner!

Congrats Jreich, you have a very nice build there...always had an itch to make a bobber, and yours is definitely done right, just great lines.

As for not picking up many votes, I don't know.  It honestly doesn't bug me, its just nice to be nominated.  I think 9/10 times anything involving votes on a forum is a popularity contest...a great example this month between two bikes that when compared are very similar, yet one gained almost 4x the amount of votes.  Like I said, doesn't bug me, its just nice to be nominated against some great rides, and I'm happy w/ where mine ended up.

Hey y'all.  I have inherited BOTY so I will be putting it up in couple days.  Way too much going on at the house in the evenings and the work machine is a bit too locked down to create it here.

No break for me this month  ::)

Voting for the BOTY will run longer than the BOTM becuase the nominee's have already been nominated, all 11 of them.

Kewl, ty Ecosse.
