I took a test ride on a Buell, other than the vibes under 3000rpm that bike felt great.
No matter how fast or how far I rode, I couldn't leave her memory behind.

was looking around at a honda inteceptor but can't find one in the area
really looking at a popular bike so parts are easy to get
i don't even know where enfields or ducaties are sold
IF you wanted to drive 4 hours and IF you could get the dealer to come down on the price, I know where there is a BRAND NEW '07 red/white/blue VFR Interceptor still on the showroom floor.

Otherwise you could wait for Honda's CB1100 to come out next year.

are you sure the 1100 is coming out to the U.S. next year?

I was just going to say this. I'm wondering what handling and performance will be like. Honda usually delivers, but I'm sure I'll have to wait a few years to pick one up used...

I have yet to see anything that says the CB1100 will be available in the U.S.  I'm not saying it isn't going to happen, but it seems to me that if it were they would be trying to drum up some more interest about it in the states.

I saw one of these last night and it just yelled out "ride me". It's not my style of bike but it sure looked like it could be a fun ride.

I was rather astonished to note how small / compact the Aprillia line is.  For some reason, I just assumed they would be overweight pigs like a BMW.
Dude- your 8 layers are showing!

The one I saw looked light and nimble, first bike of it's kind that peeked my interest.
