I'm really hoping that Honda announces this is coming to the States at the Tokyo show on 10/24

Lets hope Big Red begins to take a better perspective on things since the demise of the Buel marque.

Man, it would be hard to resist buying one of those!

It would be great to figure out how to mod a 750 nighthawk and give it this look.

It would be great to figure out how to mod a 750 nighthawk and give it this look.

That probably wouldn't be too difficult, just remove the plastic around the tail and lose the side covers, then add a real seat and a real fender.
An early CBR front end, and rear wheel will do the trick and should bolt right on except for a rear disc brake will need minor fabrication.
That tank has a very cool shape though, almost like a 5 gallon 400F tank...

there was another thread about this about a week ago... there was some speculation as to wether it was actually coming here or not, and no one was able to find any clear answer. It looks like it will be goinginto production, though, since Honda submitted copyright images... just pray that it makes it across the Pacific! I would seriously consider buying one if I could.

Nice but I would much prefer this retro prototype to see production!

+1 on that. Any ideas of what bike to start with if somebody wanted to build a replica?
