I am getting ready to write the story of my summers end ride to the Salt Flats.. trying to cook up a great title.., not gonna be any pics, just never stopped along the way to take many..

 Maybe ;
Not enough Miles, But Lots of Smiles..... sumthin like that..

 It occurred to me I could probably write a few stories on trips in the 70,s and 80s.. just wont have pics.. what I remembered of them anyway..

I'd def like to hear some 'good ole days' stories. Or hell, even 'bad ole days' stories are great.

"Bad ol' days" stories are WHAY more entertaining.

An SOHC travelogue book or two would be entertaining.  Better yet, a book about the years of litigation between 2 or 3 competing SOHC travelogue books.  This being America and all.

Awesome writeup, BOXKNIFE.  You have a testicle or two more than me.

Well damnit, I just did a long update and IE crashed. Really annoying.

In the meantime, I've been keeping this blog of the trip for friends and family. It's not as focused on just the motorcycle aspect, but if you'd rather follow along on a day-by-day basis... I'll redo this update later. That sucked.
