I havent weighed it, but it felt like it was decently lighter than a stock swingarm.  Alum is an option though. 

there is no way in hell that setup is lighter than a stock swingarm. it is a heavy mutha.

Ill have to check again, but it didnt seem like there was much of a difference.  Now with the RC one, it's got that huge piece of round on it that seems like overkill.  Thats a simple fix.
