Cut away engine pics

Hey all, first post here so forgive my newbie status. I'm looking for a high-resolution cut away image/sketch that shows the SOHC valve train for a paper I'm writing. Naturally, when I was thinking about a great inline-4 SOHC motor I thought of the CB series.
Anyone have something I can use that's high-resolution?

Also, I wont be leaving the forums anytime soon, my dad has a K1 that he's had since new. Him and I planning to start restoring it soon.

The factory service manual has a good cutaway at the begining of the engine section
