1976 CB550 Carb main jet sizes?

I have a 1976 Honda CB550 with a 4 into 1 header with a glasspack welded onto it with air pods. Im running a 100 main and 40 slow. What would be ideal? If I run a 120 main can i still use the 40 slow?
