Good word is that the testbike, and clutch, are running (again)! So far looking good, new oilseal looking good. Clutch worked well during the run(s) I did. The clutch bites! Have a shorter end gearing, but at a stoplight sprint could hardly keep the front on the ground.

8)Bad thing though is that the weather has turned for the worst, freezin' cold and snow! So no runs for the time being. But can tell you that things are looking great.

Am using this time to dampen the exhaust, she really screams and do not want problems with cops.

Hey G,

Not keeping warm, came down with the flu, the misses and me. Recovering now. Weatherwise it's cold but can hold out. So far clutch is keeping up, although not been able to trash it around as much as I would love to. Been working on the batch(!) of preload-adjusters and they are finished, batch of rear motor mount are ready too. Now finishing the front mounts and starting on a few triple sets. Alomost finished some adaptorplates for coolers, so been/am busy.

when you ship my goodies, you'll include the bearing adapter for the clutch right? i am still a little ways from starting to put back together my motor, so it's not too vital, i just figured it'd help us both out!

you should put a video up of the clutch running!!

Today I received my purchased self-generating cdi ignition for my replica, so no more battery hassle. Hope this solves my issues with the Dyna-S I had last summer.

Here our member Howell pays a visit during the 24 hour of Oss revival were the problems occured.

Nice bit of kit Rob, it really dose justice to what is already a great looking bike, you must be real proud.

The only thing that bothers me, that starter motor looks a bit flimsey, will it be up to the job ?

Should work great Brent, several classic race teams use it. Protection can be by using the oem cover or by making something like the voxonda ignition cover.
Hope I don't need that protection..........
