Accelerator pump brass square thing? 78k 750
« on: October 04, 2010, 02:31:39 AM »
Whats are the square brass plug looking things located near the Accel pump. (Not the tiny brass balls) One is in the pump cap the other is located where the bowl meets the body.Ok, so ive read something about it on here before, but I couldnt find anything after a quick search. In cleaning I could not see how fuel gets around these. Should I be able to attach bowl and blow fluid through these holes and see it come out of in the throat? Second Question(not really important just FYI) are the tiny brass balls just plugs after drilling blind holes?
Sorry I know pics would help but im at work.

Those are the check valves and they must flow fuel past the flats.  Balls are just plugs as you said.
