Shift Fork Shaft Question
« on: October 25, 2009, 12:26:17 PM »
I'm putting the transmission back together on my 75 CB750K and I didn't take note as to how the fork shaft goes back in.  Basically, one end of the shaft is indented while the other end is solid.  Anybody know which end goes in first?

If you mean the end that is hollowed out a little (as "indented"  ??? ), that end goes toward the chain side of the engine (left side).

Yup.  That is the end I meant.  Thanks.
