uh... leftovers, coffee grounds, pictures my kids draw that were just scribbles, food boxes.

no incriminating mail, no drug related #$%*.
my wife is trying to get disability and she has a lawyer and court date cause they don't believe she's disabled enough to never work again, so you might be right.

P.S. she's fuct, her back is way ruined and she cant sit stand sleep or any of that stuff for very long at all.

If you are claiming from an insurance co. or suing an employer for disability, be very very careful. Never allow your wife to hold so much as a garden trowel. My neighbour's wife sued her employer for negligence when she damaged 3 vertebrea whilst at work. She will never be able to work again and will forever have to walk with sticks. Well they filmed her for 2 years!! But she was a genuine case and never comromised her position. After 8 years legal wrangling, the insurance co. settled out of court, a week before the first hearing.

i just had to hire an attorney too after being denied disability twice. it's a minimum of 18 months before i even get a hearing in front of a judge.

I tell her she can't do anything in public that could compromise her case, but a few weeks ago she lifted a big bucket of paint into the trunk even though she had a lowes employee right there helping her. she was laid up for 2 weeks after that, couldn't sleep, throwin up for the first 2 days.... she just wants to be normal again and hates hurting and taking pills.

we're still waiting on a hearing in front of a judge.
she's had numerous doctors appts. and all the doctors, even the one that works for the disability people says shes BROKEN.

If my trash being taken has anything to do with this, what would they hope to find in there??

my missus says that 'paranoid' should have been my middle name, but I hear too many stories about identity theft etc to nonchalantly throw anything bearing my personal details into the rubbish bin.

what's a rubbish bin... someone stole my trash can. geeze man keep up.

haha :D

there wasn't anything personal in there.
also, they would be pretty pissed when they tried to use my identity, only to find out that me and my wife are on the edge of ruin.

Ha ha, yup, that's what my mate's father-in-law thought until he received notification from a debt collector asking him to pay for a couple of month's fees for a vehicle he'd supposedly bought on hire purchase from a car dealer in Manchester, a city he'd never visited before.
He reported it to the police who then let him know that all his personal details; driver's  licence, bank account details, national insurance no. (that's social security to you) gas bills details (for proof of address) etc. had been given to the car dealer as part of the paperwork to seal the deal.
He's a retired bus driver living on his meagre pension plan and savings.
Took him months to sort it out.
Oh, I almost forgot...........the onus was on him to prove his "innocence".

thats why i dont worry about my identity being stolen, credit score is less than 400 i believe.

So then this would be pretty incriminating, huh?
