Kewl, I will have to look into that.  Yanno, I ddidn't notice them on yours.  I will go back and look.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

They are Raask copies of the Laverda handlebars (from what I've read).  They are adjustable 2 way (3 if you count rotating them in the triple tree clamps).  I really dig em.  I tried Clubman, but I was having trouble with the master cylinder and clutch cable hitting the headlight.  Next I tried drag bars....no.  I am still considering getting a set of superbike bars, just to see how they feel.  What the hell, it's only money right!?!?  Plus I eat all the reciept so the wife doesn't know anything!
Cheers!

jreich- You really do have a GREAT looking bike. I love that color.  Do you ride it around Ames much?  I don't think I've ever seen it, and I'm fairly certain I would have remembered it if I had! Again, excellent job!

Right on, thanks much.

Since I finished the bike a couple of months ago I've ridden it to/from work, etc...almost daily....it has been a bit brisk the last few days!

I'll PM ya my phone number...let ride!

cheers

After looking down through all the pictures of the other bikes, I'm honored (and a little scared) to be in such an elite group.  I know who I'm voting for, and it's not mine, or stock!

His is nice, but I dig the copper rigid tail.  I thought about doing that to the '78K that I have.  Just never got around to it.

I appreciate that HFT...and hope that you do get around to doing your '78...based on what you already have built, I would personally love to see what you could create.

I'd like to nominate new member Pacochopper's 650. Yes, it's a work in progress but you have to start with good foundations & the lines and proportions on it are absolutely spot-on.

I have not seen an acceptance for this bike in this thread.  Guess this one is gonna miss out this month.

Killer looking nominees this month, that's for sure.

But it's one thing to build a killer scoot with the resources of an industrialized country, and another thing again to have the cajones to do it in an agricultural island out in the middle of the ocean. For being crazier than the average Islander (and that's really crazy, Mon!) I have to nominate Loaferoatan's Honduran CB750.  RR

Same with this one

Working on the vote thread.  It will be up before too long.

Hey Kevin,

Do you think that seat can be made from a stock seat? I love it.

It was made from the stock seat pan. Maybe Kevin will post some pics of it as I haven't seen it open but he said it's on the stock hinges.

Yup, the seat was made using the stock seat pan. It fits to the original hinges and seat lock. It has gel inserts too so it's nice and comfy for the long rides :-)
