It would be worth it to me if I were in the market for those things.  Is it worth it to you?

Sounds like a good deal to me then.  Something you want for something you no longer want. :)

Swap away Bucky, its quite hard to sell cheap guitars as they are everywhere but that front end is definitely a bit harder to find. I would already have it if it was me... ;)

It seems to me that it'd be hard to find a steering dampener and a set of superbike bars for under $100, go for it.

i had looked at this goldwing when i was out there last week picking up the coils and this goldwing has never ever lived outside. except for the damage in the rear, the bike looks like it just rolled out of the showroom. all i need now is a rear wheel assembly from a spoked wheel cb750a or some cheap spokes to fit the spoked 750a or a 77/78k rear spokes and i'll be set.

Yeah they do or at least did back when I was looking at them, I just don't think my rectum can stretch enough for someone to reach all the way through my nose, back around to my wallet and back through again. :-\

I wouldn't be worried too much Fuzzy, the stiffer 37mm GW tubes will reduce fork flex (particularly if tied together with the OEM GW fender) so you'll notice an improvement straight away, and you'll also notice one hell of an improvement in the braking department with the GW's dual front discs, so like everyone else here says, go for it! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Randakk has fork braces for the GL, but they are a bit more expensive.

One suggestion is to get a smaller master cylinder (5/8 inch)  to use with the stock GL calipers. It makes a world of difference when trying to get the stock brakes performing.
