Straightened out the #2 plug threads and scrubbed ancient gunk from between the all the front fins of the 750s engine.
Put a couple hundred more miles on the 550...

And going to look at this one with a co-worker this evening.... for him .. I'm jealous :)

I ordered a baffle, new chain, and ten signals off a member here yesterday. Hoping I can have her on the road this weekend. My 74.
The fairing was sold. Pic is kinda old.

I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Got my frame and misc. parts back from the powdercoater, finally. Took longer then expected, but they look beatiful! Now I can install the motor.

I made a new sub harness and replaced the connections from the stator coil, field coil, and I believe the oil pressure switch.

ANZAC Day here today, so a public holiday. I had a great day, I slept in, didn't go to the Dawn Service or watch the parade, and I went for a ride on my 'Wang.

I did stop in to the local Returned Servicemens League (RSL) to drink a couple of beers and lose a few bucks in a poker machine, then around to Aldi to buy some groceries and more beer.

I liked today so much, I think I'll stay home and do it all again tomorrow! Cheers, Terry. ;D

Installed the front blinkers, front brake and fender on the 74 750. Slapped my tank from my gold K1 to my silver K1. Bike hasn't been started or attempted to be started since last summer. Bike started up right away. Idled good.  Had to also throw on carbs and te throttle cables to achieve te start up.
