Ahhh, a weekend at home after 3 weeks working in Tasmania. I split my time between prepping a tank and side covers for paint, and riding the wheels off the K2/F2. Man, that bike is sweet, it handles better than a 750/4 has a right to, and that Yoshi pipe just wails! I re-routed the fuel line to sort the starvation problem I was having, and now it's good.
I've just discovered that some modern bike riders have found my favorite personal race track, I was scraping the pegs thru the curves when I saw 6 or 7 sport bikes parked on the side of the road with their riders staring at the old fart on his ancient 750/4, riding way too fast for that stretch of road. I thought about turning back and saying G'Day, but I decided that I'd let them keep wondering for another week or so, ha ha! I must remember to take the Triumph out next weekend, I haven't ridden it since I bought the latest 750 back in March, so I hope the battery is still good!
