Recently had the same problem, found a faucet gasket at ace hardware that fit pefectly I'll find the part# for you

Yeah, I wish I could find out where Yamiya gets the BA9s sockets.  I'd like to build my own for less.

Can I have a motorcycle when I get old enough?
If you take care of it.
What do you have to do?
Lot’s of things. You’ve been watching me.
Will you show me all of them?
Sure.
Is it hard?
Not if you have the right attitudes. It’s having the right attitudes that’s hard.

No, I mean the ones with the molded rubber covers that fit in the sockets like the originals.

Could you reuse your old covers?  As I recall, you have 2 sets, one with OK sockets but chewed up covers and one with rusted covers and good covers.  Or do I have postings mixed up?

No, the rubber, while intact, is too brittle.

Changed the fork oil. Rebuilt the run/off switch. It's in pretty good shape considering the toast the fuse block and ignition switch had become. Also replaced the 6 year old battery. Trying to get every thing done before I lose the rental car at the end of the week.

My wife recently passed the MSF course and obtained her license. I told her if she was going to ride vintage bikes, she's got to learn some wrenching. Here she is installing a set of Hagons on the 350 twin:

Thought about the bikes again today.  Honeywell has me working in Missouri for the next 5 months and I've been out here a month already.  I'm on the Fort Leonard Wood Project (135 miles S/W of St. Louis in the Ozark Mtns) and my bikes are in Las Vegas.

I took off the clubmans and stock gauges, mocked up the dunstall clip-ons and then took a photo and touched up the shot to see how it will look after I cut the back end of the frame - trying for some clean air between the seat and wheel.

I'm constantly inspired by the people and bikes on this forum while getting more and more excited about my next move with this bike..

welded in some seat rails, made a seat pan, had the engine professionally etched primed and then sprayed the crank cases with some PJ1 gloss finish......

Nice find Danny.  Now you can experience what a great fairing can do for a  long ride.
